Rules for using Shippstream
These terms describe your responsibilities when you use Shippstream and the conditions that apply to your account, content, and subscription.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for the information associated with your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Keep your credentials secure, provide accurate profile details, and make sure the content you publish is lawful and appropriate for a public product.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to abuse, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, impersonate, harass, or spam through the service. You may not use Shippstream to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with the experience of other users.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Shippstream the rights needed to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform. Public ships, profiles, and analytics are intended to be visible to other users and visitors.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Subscription pricing, renewals, cancellations, and billing portal access are governed by the billing terms presented at checkout. If you cancel a subscription, paid features remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless required otherwise by law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten the security or integrity of the service, or create legal or operational risk. We may also update the service over time and change features as the product evolves.
